Pretty solid workout. Got a really nice pump.. Hoping to be able to get some solid upper body size and strength gains off this cycle of canditos. I moved my bench in so that my ring finger is on the ring. Hopefully i can finally make some progress. Also worked on posing today at home, gonna do a bodybuilding competition with my girlfriend in a few years.

fourth powerlifting meet (raw collegiate nats)
Squat:
First attempt 330: supposed to be 292 (they misloaded to 330 and i wasnt ready for that.. so missed this one)
Actual first attempt:292 (got it pretty easily)
2nd attempt: 325lbs (got it but it was grindy, 33lb meet PR)
3rd attempt: 336lbs got misloaded to 340ish and way heavier on one side... so i missed this one too
3rd attempt (loaded correctly): totally missed it.... i was drained...
Bench:
1st attempt: 203.9lbs got it slowish
2nd attempt: 214 miss (grip too wide)
3rd attempt: 214 miss (strength is gone)
deadlift:
1st attempt: 385.8 lbs (killed it)
2nd attempt: 413.4lbs (relatively easy, 6.4lb PR)
3rd attempt: 429.9lbs (narrowly missed lockout.. never had anything near this much weight in my hands... stoked i got it off the ground ha)
So im not super happy about all of the mis loading and such on my squats.. im actually relatively frustrated about that. But all in all it was a awesome meet and im pretty happy with how i did. I got 5th place in the 220s. Cant wait to compete again. I think im gonna wait a few years before i do another one.Bulking[X] Cutting[ ]

Pretty good workout... deadlift form is coming along wayyy better... starting to really feel the hamstrings getting activated. pretty stoked.. however on Wednesday of next week ill be doing something for my church in Europe for two years so i most likely wont be able to workout in a gym.. hopefully i wont lose too much strength... definitely will be doing what i can while i am gone to try to preserve some of my muscle and strength.Bulking[X] Cutting[ ]

Slingshot Bench Press: 205 1x8, 1x10 225 1x6
