Form felt a million times better on these.. felt much much more powerful.. I think more time working on form will do me some serious good.

8/25/14 Lower Strength Day
Squat: 240lb 3x6 (easyyy! rep pr)
Speed Squats: 4x3 @165lb
Deadlifts: 315lb 1x2 / 295lb 1x2 / 275lb 1x2
Speed Deadlifts: 185lb 6x3 (felt good and feel like I learned a lot about whats the best set up for me to pull from)
RDLs: 175lb 3x8 (superrr painful.. never have really done these before)
Overall it was a really good workout and I set a few PRs.. I got my nike Romaleos ll today in the mail.. it was my first time squatting in them today and it felt amazinggg! so much better than in chucks.Bulking[X] Cutting[ ]

Bench: 180lbs 3x6 (did 3x5.. couldn't get the 6th rep on any set.. I think its time to finally deload like the program calls for)
One Arm Dumbbell Row: 60s 3x8
Chin-Ups: 2 sets of amrap (8, 6)
Weighted Dips: 2x6 w/ 15lbs
CGBP: 1x6 / 1x4 @170lbs (shoulder kept popping)
Heavy weighted back extensions: 45lb 3x8
Ab Rollouts: 3x12

210 1x0 (very close to locking this out... which would match my old gym pr.. needless to say I am much much stronger with this grip.. and will be going forward from here using this grip)

3x6 @245lb (Rep PR) first and last set were very easy and fast... 2nd set I let the bar pop off my traps too much on one of my first few reps so the bar was placed in a spot I usually don't have it... kinda threw me off but I pushed through it..
Sumo Deadlifts:

1x2 @225lb
1x2 @275lb
1x1 @315lb

overall it was a awesome workout... felt really good to pull sumo again and I think I might go forward with this stance... definitely feels better than conventional.. Form may not have been pretty, but the depth was sure enough an easy white light.
What routine are you currently running? The volume and overall tonnage seems on the very low side for your squats and bench....Fates colliding. Love Undying.

that's true.. ill definitely back off of the singles and doubles.. And ease into a slower progression for bench.. but ive been progressing linearly on squats for several months so im just gonna stick to the 3x6 that canditos linear program calls for.. ill change up what ive been doing for deadlifts too..
