cant believe its been a year OP, just decided to take a trip down memory lane and re read a little of your first thread...

quite a change!

"Today I woke up, and had a king sized three musketeer bar that my mom brought home. I then had 5 frozen chicken pattys on a bun and oven french fries for dinner. I then had 3 fun sizes snickers and 3 fun sized butterfinger, and 8 blue moon beers.

Yesturday for dinner I had a red robin double cheeseburger and a crispy chicken sandwhich from red robin, and ate both orders of fries that come with em. I also had about 6 fun sized snickers and 6 fun sized butterfinger and 2 beers.

I normally only eat one meal a day cuz my mom works and can only make me one meal."

Congrats on the one year anniversary wetty b. It's easy for me to say you are a huge inspiration, way to go ect ect.. But in real talk you are by far one of the toughest members on this forum. To come from the old thread, where you were considering solutions like incarceration as a way of weight loss, to where you are now is a huge accomplishment that is very underrated in my opinion. You have this team of members supporting you, but the end of the day it's you who chooses what you eat, when you exercise,wether to log your meals, go for walks, get help with doctors, and many other giant achievements. It would have been easy to slip back in to the old ways, but instead you have done one of the most amazing turn arounds I have ever seen. I don't think there are enough words in the english dictionary to describe what a amazingly tough person you are. You were clearly not born into a easy life, where everything was given to you, and to fight things is a huge achievement. I take my hat of to you op.

Mere 6 lbs, a lot of changes have come in the last year and its starting to look like the days of 15 lbs being lost in two weeks might be behind me too. Still, at least its coming off
