Johneffer not everyone has the knowledge u have, not everyone have good genetics, some are fat because they are sick, some are because they visited to often mc donalds.
Whatever, at the end off the day, i respect everyone who is trying to change something, no matter from skinny to big, from fat to shredded. We all start somewhere, so we should give this people some motivation to keep going and give them some tips instead off talking how dumb, fat and bad they are.

Its easy to look at every fat person and think "Wow, they don't try and they don't care" but c'mon, some people are genetically cursed to be fat, unless they work REALLY hard. For example; if someones Thyroid gland doesn't function properly, they gain weight and can't lose it. So don't judge everyone until you know.

But for the people looking for quick easy solutions, yeah, they're dumb. The people that think taking a pill once a day, or drinking a special drink, or buying some magic belt (God I hate that Youtube ad) will fix them are dumb and aren't deserving of sympathy, in my opinion.

I don't get why you are so worked up over fat people. Your jacked dude, what does it matter to you? As long as your happy and they are too there's no problem. Is it not really that hard to eat at least "normal" and even just walk. Yea. I gotcha there. But, some people are living on minimum wage, food stamps, and etc. so they have to eat garbage and can't afford gym memberships. I'm not trying to dis you. I think your actually genuinely just angry about them not living up to their full potential and taking care of themselves. Like, you just want the best for people. Which I agree, people should strive for the best. But, if they won't you just have to accept it and be tolerant anyways. Maybe if a muscular guy like you is nice to them it will inspire them to be like you and become more healthy and active? You never know...
