I have puffy nipples, I guess, and it makes my pecs look less defined. When they harden, my chest looks much more muscular. I have read another post about this and the suggestion was surgery. I am not willing to go that far. But i was wondering if there is an alternative. Any way I can keep my nipples hard or make them look less puffy so that my chest looks better (Its not fat percentage cuz even when I was super skinny as a teen they were the same)? Or any way to deflate my nipples or something? Its a weird question to ask, but I'd like my hard work at the gym to look its best. Thanks for any guidance.

Srs though....wear a tight shirt. My nips are always hard when I wear a tight shirt at the gym. My left nip is always hard regardless due to piercing it myself when I was younger.
