have you taken waist measurements?
it's an easier way to measure progress in regards to your diet.
If you took measures, you'd know at this point whether the 5lbs was bloating (or some form of water retention). 5lbs is a bit in 4 days.
I'd start taking a waist measure and seeing how things go.

Right I know but was wondering if it still has some compounds that would cause it. Ive consistently been losing 2lbs/week prior to monday, diet hasnt changed.

I ran two bottles back to back, and I found the opposite to be true. I had almost a diuretic effect from it.

Of course, everyone is different. I'll see what I can find out for you.
