My Bench press has been at a plateau for what feels like forever but my Dl and squat is still making linear progress. Has anyone had success with this?

Considering you're only using DE stuff with flat bench I can't see it being aimed at fixing your form, the template is on the third page.

Nothing in particular. Upper body lower body with a low rep focus on my big 3, I started focusing more on getting stronger in October and managed to take my dl from 460 to 535 for 4 singles. My bench has remained virtually unchanged, my pr is 320 and I started doing singles around 90% once a week (because I had so much success with it for DL's) I was up to 310 for 6 singles then then next week I tried 315, the next week. It felt heavy so I just did 300 for 10 singles, the next week I tried 315 again and barely got it for 1.
It seems like it starts to progress then it regresses.

I thought about it. I modified smolov jr since I can't squat or deadlift right now.
Monday- 7x5 @75%
Tuesday- bench lockouts from rack. usually 3-5 sets of <6 reps
Thursday- 10x3 @85%
Friday- CG floor press, same as the Tuesday lockoutsNo advertising in sig line
Best lifts at <180lbs bodyweight
425x5 deadlift
265x11 squat
250x5 bench
135x15 standing military press
BW+135lb dips x5
