    Look at my weight.

    I'm the type of person who eats a huge dinner. Makes a tray full of brownies. Smokes some herb. Eats all the brownies. Decides i'm still hungry. Walks to the store and buys a 6 pack of donuts + ice cream+chips+ a hot dog. Srs.


    Lol but recently i've been dieting hard. I don't count calories that much really. I IF and i only eat veggies + meat.

    Once i cut down to below 10% i'll probably start throwing in a pastry or something daily and then running it off before i go to sleep.

    I'm 2 but occasionally 1. If I see a dessert I never tried before, I eat it because I like to try new things. And if it is a birthday or a holiday, I eat junk because holidays are times of celebration so who cares? But most of the time I think, "I already know what that tastes like, and I always feel sick after I eat it. So don't eat it." And I don't.

    only if i feel really flat and i'm not cutting. no point eating something that subtracts from what i want. it's a waste of time, effort, and money.

    on 50g of carbs and 1500 calories a day, maintenance is 3000. hoping to continue losing 1% body fat per week until 6% or so lmao...unlikely tho
