I was kinda in a rush for this workout. Yet, I managed to hit all the reps. Squats felt good and deadlifts as well. Overhead press I did Jason Blaha's recommendation with kinda close grip to more range of motion and hit the triceps more. Isolation exercises : 3x8-12 Reverse Push Down SS w/ Straight Bar Push Downs and 3x8-12 Low-To-High Cable Crossovers SS w/ High-To-Low Cable Crossovers. Video coming soon I just need to get 50 posts so I can post links.
