Just got back from the body power expo, was actually really good. I expected a giant douchebag gathering cause mainstream bodybuilding has gotten fairly obnoxious but I had a really good time and got some decent freebies. Met O'Hearn, CT Fletcher, Coleman, Kai Greene, DLB and Rob Bailey. All seemed pretty cool. Also put things into perspective I saw Jaco De Bruyn and tbh he's a big guy but nowhere near as big or aesthetic as I imagined, but then again he's probs not in season so fair enough. Also won a stringer doing a medicine ball challenge. All around good day. Dear Diary.
