    BPI 1.M.R Vortex review

    Sooooo I had tried it once before but just had a single sample an didn't feel that was enough to really rate a product. So I bought this.



    Had a b2g1 I love when companies bogo or b2g1 on trial sizes.

    Anyway wasn't real ecstatic about fruit punch because I hate fruit punch flavor but it was a good price. The full sized tubs are a good price also, way more servings then most, I will do a 3 day review of this product.

    Today I took 1.5 scoops, having previously tried this I knew that I would want more then the recommended 1 scoop, if you havnt accessed your tolerence you should probable follow directions. Tomorrow I will take 2 scoops, and day three, well we will see how it goes.

    So looking at the ingredients, it is missing something I like a lot beta alanine, but it has other things in it that most others do not have, I'm not gonna type then because they are all really wierd words and I am on an iPhone, I will edit in a store link. I understand why companies do proprietary blends on thier label but that doesn't mean it isn't annoying.

    Day 1



    I took 1.5 scoops and mixed it into about 10 oz of water, I mixed it with a fork it's how I mix every pre I take. It turned the water pinkish red, there was a small amount of white floating but nothing major. mixibility 9/10

    The flavor wasn't really bad for a fruit punch, keep on mind I hate fruit punch but I won't let that affect my rating, it was sweeter then id have liked but still very good for a fruit punch flavor 9/10

    I will rate, energy, pump, focus, and endurance after my lift.

    Today is back and trap day I will be doing

    Wide grip weighted pull ups
    Regular grip weighted pull ups
    Laying pull ups
    Regular deadlifts
    Stiff legged deads
    Bent over rows
    Seated cable rows
    Upright rows ez bar
    Face pulls
    Shrugs db, ez bar, bb superset

    That might be it if not i will edit it in after wards, I feel it kicking in so I'm gonna go hit it, took 20 minutes ago.


    Okay so we are about done, I cut out upright rows after one set, wrist hurts too bad, trying to take it easy on it so it heals. This lift clocked in at about 1:15 once I finish.

    So ill hit energy, pump, focus, and endurance

    Energy 8.5/10
    The energy came on pretty fast at about 20 minutes in I started feeling it, it wasn't intense or jittery just real even moderate amount of energy, clean energy. I think two scoops will be better for me.

    Pump 7/10
    So the pump is the weakest point in this pre in my opinion, there is some pump at 1.5 scoops but I more noticed an increase in vascularity. When I went upstairs to use the bathroom my wife even commented and said, "huh that one isn't as good a pump as some others"

    Focus 8.5/10
    The focus was pretty good, no tunnel vision or laser beam but still a solid performer in the focus department.

    Endurance 8/10
    Now endurance is hard to rate really because it depends on what your looking for, I'm looking for a product to work well for up to 2 hours but no longer then that because I'm an evening lifter. At 1.25 hours I can feel the effects wearing off. But it stayed steady for the first hour.

    I also noticed that I was sweating more then normal, not sure what category that goes in.

    I will do two more days with this review, I will wait unit the end to rate value and overall.

    Anyway in in a do my last set and then go eat dinner.

    Day 2




    Second day with 1mr vortex here, gonna be doing chest, gonna keep it a little lighter. Trying to keep it a little lighter, a little slower, really focus on negative and mmc here since my wrist is messed up right now.

    Not gonna re rate everything since that would be pointless. I will re comment on certain things after my lift in regards to a dosage increase.

    Today I will be doing

    Flat bb bench reg grip
    Flat bb bench wide grip
    Flat bb bench close grip
    Incline db bench
    Decline db bench
    Push ups regular
    Push ups decline
    Cable crossover
    Db flies
    Db pullover

    That should be it


    So today at two scoops I did notice slightly increased pump, skin felt a little tighter, slightly more vascular, tried to photograph but all I have is a potato iPhone and it doesn't do well with close ups.

    The energy level was about the same honestly, but also in the sake of honesty I had a soft pretzel with cheese right after taking the pwo.

    I'm thinking tomorrow I might break the rules and Go with 2.5 scoops, I'm hitting legs and abs tomorrow and I might try to increase my squat pr, ill just have to see how it goes.

    This will be the final day of the review, I'm gonna hit legs today, might try for a pr, gotta see how warm ups go. I'm gonna do

    F*ck yeah increase by 20 pounds, it had been a while since I'd made a pr attempt on squats, hit 3 at 235 so I upped it to 245 and got one

    Back squats
    Front squats
    Walking db lunges
    Db calf raises
    Leg extensions
    Leg curls

    Also throwing in some ab stuff

    So today I am taking 2.5 scoops, this is above the recomended dose, so you probly shouldn't do it, but I don't work for a supplement company and bought it with my own money so I can pretty much do whatever I want . I am just seeing the difference in dosage vs effect range. Realistically there likely won't be much difference between yesterday's two scoops. Also I have accessed my tolerence the previous two days. I would never just take more then recomended without accessing tolerence first.

    2.5 scoops was fairly intense amount of energy, really more then I generally need, but it's nice to know your limits I think.

    Today I will rate value and give it my overall rating. I will edit these in after my lift.

    Value 9/10

    28 dollars for 50 servings at regular pricing comes out to a little over 50 cents a scoop. So even at 2 scoops per serving that's still a pretty dang good price for a quality pre. Many many companies only have 30 serving tubs for this price and many of those same companies I need 1.5-2 scoops as well. If you can get by with 1 scoop this is an extreme value. But even at two scoops still a great price.

    Overall 9/10

    Overall this was a great product, I think the flavor could use a little less sweetening, and the pump could be a little better, but even with its few flaws this was a good overall performer. I think if you stacked it with a stim free pump product you'd be golden. It's a great value compared to most. If you havnt tried it yet pick up a trial tub. You can't Go wrong at 7 bucks. Not to mention my trial tub had 9 scoops not 7.

    Anyway I'm rambling

    Seems like everybody loves this stuff. My girl and I both tried two scoops the same day and got nothing. But we were in the middle if a pretty big argument. We never let arguments get in between our gym days together sober hit pause and went to the gym. Maybe it was our lack if motivation. Lack of excitement and wanting to figure **** out instead but we had zero effects. It's sitting in the cupboard just chillin. Maybe we will have to try it again. It was good though because we got hyde the next day and fell in love since jack3d ran out. (Yes I stocked up). I just don't want to waste a good workout on this stuff if it sucks for us.
    Lift as if your family is counting on you. Dig deep inside on the last rep and pull out the demon you hide to force that last rep. eat clean and be who you really are no matter what that is. At least your being true to who you are.

    No problem, I love doing reviews when the products are good, makes it fun and easy. Anyway that best bcaa should be hitting my door step sometime soon I hope, ill put up a review thread on that when it comes as well, I wanted to stack the two for this review but I couldn't wait.

    I have Hyde also, and original jack3d, and about a million other pre's, they are all very different, some things work better on some people. For instance my wife can full scoop Hyde and feels almost nothing, I know weird right. Just all depends on how your body reacts to the ingredients.
