    Teen supplements

    Hi

    I'm 14 years old male, 127lbs, 5'6 and about 15% of fat. I want to know which type of protein powder supplement can I take( a lot of protein or a lot of carbs...). I want to build muscle and lose fat at the same time

    You cannot really build muscle and lose fat at the same time. Gaining mass requires a calorie surplus and losing weight requires a calorie deficit.

    At 14 just focus on training and eating!!!!. If you want to spend some time in the nutrition section and finding out your TDEE / Macros in order to gain mass.

    At 14....your main concerns right now need to focused on learning your body...finding out how to diet properly to help you obtain your goal, get a solid training program down and rest. You got a few years before you need to even worry about supplements.

    You're going to get the same advice no matter how many threads you post. No one in their right mind is going to recommend sups to a 14 year old. We're all basically giving you the same advice which is get your diet in line and train hard. Follow it and thank us later buddy.
