I have used many different pre-workout supplements in my 15 years of weight training and they were all habit forming, where I needed to continually increase the dose to get the same effect…in addition, I always seemed to crash about 2-3 hours after ingestion due to the high dose of stimulants.
Core FURY distinguished itself from the others immediately! I have used 1 scoop of FURY 30 minutes before and NO crash! Although, I will say that the stimulate effects were a little much because while deadlifting and exerting myself my heart felt like to was going to burst which is not something I enjoy i ended up stopping my WO 45 mins and I usually go for another 30 mins so my experience was not a beneficial one to say the least...i usually use a PWO with at least 300 mg of caffeine so i have some tolerance to stims...I do NOT recommend this one...3/10 because of the inability to actually finish my WO
