Great question! She started with the rear delt area and shoulder blades and works into the tendons that connect the pec to the shoulder and the shoulder to the bicep. She uses a spoon that someone would use to eat soup in a Japanese restaurant and works out the scar tissue, etc. I started using a lacrosse ball on that same shoulder blade spot by placing it against the wall, brining the arm across the chest and really exposing the deep tissue...it's made a huge difference.

halp guise
so i didn't lift for 2-3 months but like a complete idiot, i decided to start on monday again by doing german volume training (10 sets of 10) for rows
i had very bad DOMS on tuesday, but yesterday i started to get some serious inflammation and tightness in my biceps, particularly my right arm
today it's even worse, and i can't stretch my right arm past 90 degrees. left arm is better but still pains a lot when i try to stretch it out past 90 degrees
i took some ibuprofen yesterday but that didn't seem to help too much. i also used an icepack last night but ended up icing for too long and now i have frostbite burns on my arm

did the color of your biceps change? where is the pain exactly
put some ice on it till u can't feel it / numb .. don't stretch alot or try it just massage it with the other hand
probably nothing serious but because u jumped on a high volume the first day u came back and probably without good warming
my current lifting partner got his biceps and tendon fuked up , he came after 1 month break without good warmup , and started curling 1 plate .. now it's been a month for him restingBeast

Nice! The feds I compete in allow both and this is what allows me to get tighter. I have a fairly large ass which allows me to keep it on the bench through leg drive. I will eventually switch to a flat footed position as I'm been doing a lot of hip mobility work that will allow me to stay tighter with that foot placement.

i got an invitation recently but i had finals the same day so i didn't attend...the nearest comp that might happen next is gonna be somewhere around June...
IF it happens...we don't have a single PL federation/club/organization/whatever here so there's a big question mark to everything

Well, it's not "easy" per say but possible. I know you can talk to the guys in the PL section and get feedback but drawing interest is a huge part of the battle. There is one held in my home town and the guy that runs it has to follow various rules, calibrated weights, etc. and had to bring some cash to the table to start it but I know he does very well. If there is a market there, you could turn a profit.
