Morning yall
Had a good weekend. hit 200 for 4 triples on bench (current 1rm is 215). Been hitting a stride since I've increased frequency.
Bad news at work though. One of the guys here slipped and fell over the weekend at his house. Banged his head and he's been in ICU since. So I'm hoping he makes it out of that quickly. Crazy how a split second can change everything.

Morning -X-
Hope everyone had a good weekend and this Monday doesn't drag too much
Should be an interesting day for me.
Running on 1 hour of sleep from last night and have a 9 hour shift ahead of me...let's see if I don't end up passed out on a mattress/couch somewhere
On the positive side...had one of the most successful dates of my life last night (if I do say so myself lol).
Somewhat of a "friend" (use the term loosely due to talking but on rare occasion) who has gotten into lifting over the last year and had a pretty great transformation herself.
Seeing as how she's a fitness girl I got to try something new....showed up with flowers as always, however the flowers were totally sealed at the bottom and placed in an unopened tub of protein powder as the vase. (just poked stems through the seal)
Instant winning.USMC (2009-2013)

Calling DrHunglow...
Sold out of the remaining few thousand shares of MU I was holding for $25.53/share, and rolled those proceeds into an open position on GILD at $82.98.
Glad I didn't mess with WFM...strong head and shoulders in that thing!"I think computer viruses should count as life...I think it says something about human nature that the only form of life we have created so far is purely destructive. We have created life in our own image"

I just want someone I can workout with, drink protein shakes, have amazing sex, talk about how good we look, and cuddle.
Is that too much to ask?
I've had that one stored away for a while...just never went out with a girl who was really committed to fitness before that I figured she would actually appreciate the gesture.
First dates seem to be the easy part for me though...although based on the lack of second response maybe my opinion on the quality of the date is off lol
I am the man you deserve...but not the one you're ready for.
I'm more then just a pretty face lol
As much as I joke around like a typical "male" in regards to females sometimes and my relationships with them...I really fancy myself more of a romantic then I let on at times.
I enjoy spoiling the girl in my life and doing those sort of things on occasion just to keep things interesting and keep them smiling.Last edited by InItForFitness; 02-24-2014 at 06:11 AM.

I would have thought WFM would do well in these times with the increase in income disparity and hipsters
Been looking at some high div stuff. Mainly PHK. I'm wondering how Pimco will do without Mohammed

Got Milk? Not anymore. The Milk Processor Education Program is sidelining the iconic ad slogan in favor of a new tagline, "Milk Life," which puts emphasis on milk's nutritional benefits, including its protein content.
MilkPEP's New Tagline
The change is part of a national campaign launching Monday that seeks to return the sluggish dairy milk category to growth. The national milk industry had been using the "Got Milk?" tagline since 1995 when the phrase was licensed from the California Milk Processor board. The state group began using the tagline in 1993 after it was created by Goodby, Silverstein & Partners.
hope it went well brah! got u in my prayers💪🏻Team Manlet💪🏻

I'm normally not a fan of closed-end funds for dividends. Here's why: the earnings must be paid back in the form of dividends...there is no new investment. There are decent REIT's out there for divs, but without stability in the interest rates, those are a little scary. EPR looks decent if you're after a dividend. I'd just make sure you have a reasonable stop in place.
*edit* just to elaborate on closed-end funds a little further:
When you have a closed-end fund, you are basically running an ETF that can't generate additional capital. Think maybe like a mutual fund. So, they maintain investors by paying out their income in the form of dividends. The value of the underlying can really only go down. If there is no income, that dividend comes from NAV and your share price is lower. There are instances where they're a decent holding, but those are mainly for commodities where you're expecting a rise in the commodity market to begin with.
Good luck!Last edited by guest; 02-24-2014 at 06:47 AM.
