02-23-2014, 11:32 PM #1561- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

Posted in my log that I was going to start keto again today probably, macros ~180-190p, ~180-190f and ~30-40c. Thoughts on macros?
I do obviously find protein easier for the way I rather eating so I try keep it high enough that I'm happy without it being too high for keto.Yes... I've started a log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159357321

Protein is really borderline too high to get blood levels of beta hydroxybutyrate into the "ideal" nutritional ketosis levels over a sustained period of time if your insulin sensitivity is messed up, but as long as you're in great metabolic health, which you likely are, then your macros should be fine.

Did you measure blood levels (accurate) or urine levels (inaccurate)?
Either way, my guess is that you're in great metabolic health so you should be entirely fine, but if you want to confirm, use a testing kit that measures blood glucose and keto levels like the Precision Xtra or the NovaMax Plus.

No, I tended to base it on the initial headaches, metallic breath and then when I "cheated" on my keto after months during the week having lots of sugar (jar of Nutella) I had rotten headaches for days.
Sent you a PM before btw
Edit - had blood tests during it but not specifically directed to check that, had cholesterol etc among full blood panelYes... I've started a log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159357321

The only reliable way to tell if you're in the "optimal" range is to check with a meter (per above) frequently -- for example, once in the morning and once in the evening until levels of consistently in the target range. If you don't mind the finger pricks, it's worth it to optimize, in my opinion.
P.S. Replied to PM.

Upper body workout in the books,
10 minutes of HIIT done.
Time to teach!
Exactly, its bad customer service, and also makes you look bad as a company that will leave a foul memory in the customers head about the service.
Depends... some days we dont get much towards the end, and we will be dead from 9-9:40 then 10 people will walk in.
Exactly
You leave a good memory on a few customers and you get 1) Praise 2) Continued customers 3) Better word of mouth/Marketing because of your efforts and also doing a small deed.
