Aww, haha. I now have a healthy amount of paranoia. At times I think I see things outside of my direct line of sight, but there's nothing fishy going on. It's strange and it happened a lot post accident up until this last summer when it faded away. Most often I would see the blur of a white object moving on the ground or thinking there was someone staring at me from my peripheral vision.

I've learned to trust my gut in most situations. If I'm outside the house and my gut tells me something isn't right, I trust my instinct and make sure to absorb my environment. The little vellus hair on the back of your neck standing erect should give a person reason enough to be alert.
