Hi im 15 and i currently weigh 238 i'm 5'9 my goal is to get to 190 pounds i started a diet where i eat special k cereal for breakfest and only one meal in afternoon and drink lots of water my meal consist of chicken breast and sometimes lean turkey ground meat. i lift weights i do dumbbell curls,hammers,and shoulder workouts i was wondering if anybody can give me some tips on my journey to losing my weight and build muscle my goal is to lose the weight by June just in time for summer thanks!

Try adding in full body movements in your workout. Do you have access to a gym? Bench, Squat, and Deadlift are the best for building overall muscle. Just my suggestions.
And for your diet, try macro nutrients.
