Their love of cereal and lifting objects have brought this dynamic duo together, and now they are willing to share their shenanigans to the world....or this section at least...

Hey guys it's Vytis. Mo and I are here to have some fun, share pics of family, friends, carbohydrates...maybe even some lifting stuff (I guess it may be mandatory since this is a bodybuilding site and all).

Gotta love the cereal. Sadly since I've been cutting I have not had the chance to dig into my stash yet. Someday...

My goals are to get the shred. You know I'm in the OBF this round, so showing well would be nice.

Hey Bob! I'm in to try and keep up with Rob! lol I'm also in the OBF (as you know) and I want to WIN this time! Maybe the final push I need to get onstage and compete. We shall see what 2014 brings.....

Training is hard and heavy as per usual. Macros and the least amount of cardio humanly possible! ha

I don't trust myself with cereal re-feeds right now. Those boxes are decorating my home gym right now, lol.

So don't feel bad Mo, I haven't tasted those cereals in over 30 years either...man...I'm old....

You would have laughed at my Skiploading days...it was literally all cereal...at least 4 huge salad bowls. Unfortunately it was overkill, and instead of shredding I was in fat gain mode. I'm hoping once I get down to single digits I can have legitimate re-feeds.

Kind of an off day (from Sheiko at least). I just did some cardio, lats and delts this morning.

Is it Friday yet?

^^ That. All of it. I tend to blow my refeeds out of the water also. This time around, I'm being VERY conservative. I have to be mentally ready for Corn Pops, Cinnamon Cheerios and of course, Apple Jacks

Calculate your kcals for a refeed
use some cereal and count towards your intake = winning.

I'm in between Sheiko workouts, so this morning just plugged out some cardio along with lats, triceps, delts and biceps...nothing too spectacular, but hopefully enough to burn some fat.

Just finished up my run, now I'm off to bed

Night shifts starts at 7PM.

Legs felt like led today. I hammered them good yesterday, today I'm feeling it. I'm also not used to training 4 days in a row ... #shiftworklife
