Training is hard and heavy as per usual. Macros and the least amount of cardio humanly possible! ha

You would have laughed at my Skiploading days...it was literally all cereal...at least 4 huge salad bowls. Unfortunately it was overkill, and instead of shredding I was in fat gain mode. I'm hoping once I get down to single digits I can have legitimate re-feeds.
Kind of an off day (from Sheiko at least). I just did some cardio, lats and delts this morning.
