Hitting the gym today -- will probably train everything lol. It's been a while since I had a good session!!!
Took some more selfies this AM, pre-refeed this time. We shall see ..... I'm having the same 'lack of weight loss' issue as Vytis.. odd.... I blame the cold weather lol

Thanks guys. My legs are always on the lean side, no matter how fat I get. From the pics I posted you can see that while my legs look stage ready, my upper body is still 10 weeks out. Damn fat trunk....

Maybe some cardio tonight.

**Regardless of the cold-ass weather, I FINALLY hit a new prep low of 135.6. It only took 6 weeks........

What's after Smolov, not too sure yet...
I did have a sleep study done this past November, mainly to rule out apnea. I don't suffer from that and nothing else was found either. Like you I have never been the best sleeper, and it seems I go through periods of interupted sleep every so often. Hopefully this does not last too soon.Team General Mills

Up again, but I won't be training right now. I guess it's finally caught up to me, because tonight / this morning I am feeling run over. Those 2 am training sessions have finally caught up to me.
It's my wife's Birthday on the 17th (yes, St Patrick's Day) but we're celebrating with her family tonight. I'll be making a German Chocolate Cake. I should have a nice pic to share.Team General Mills
