**Regardless of the cold-ass weather, I FINALLY hit a new prep low of 135.6. It only took 6 weeks........

I also had to take rack pulls out for quite some time due to my back. It sucked, cuz rack pulls are kickass.

I did have a sleep study done this past November, mainly to rule out apnea. I don't suffer from that and nothing else was found either.
