Are you sure you have the right journal? lol
I appreciate the kudos, but unfortunately I'm not quite the picture of a perfect "offseason", considering I average about 2600 calories/day and train seven days a week just to maintain. Thanks though.
I have lurked in your journal. Now you're doing it right!
I'll take your sucky quad sweep if you don't like it then.
Thanks!Team General Mills

You'll hate me I'm taking in 2600cal/day right now at 3 weeks post competition and barely gaining any weight on one day of HIIT per week.
Happy birthday!!!
Kids look like they've been having tons of fun, cake looks DELICIOUS, and the flying saucer restaurant is just plain cool. I would love to eat there haha2015 NANBF Pittsburgh Overall Champion

Ha! Trying my man.
I start each workout with approximately 24-26 min of cardio followed by weights. I do 6 exercises - 8 sets of 8 reps for each, resting only 30 seconds between sets. Each exercise hits one bodypart, so it's a whole body workout. Works out to 48 sets. Since the goal for me now is to strip the fat I'm hoping this type of program will aid with this.
Dieting....hard. Don't like the fat version of me....at all!Team General Mills
