Sitting on my a@@ for 12.5 hours is doing my body good! I need to lift something.... I'm considering doing sprints up and down the halls here at work.....

As much as I would love to live in the South, with our careers in place, two kids, and the fact that I'm a Canadian, the chances of that happening are pretty much Nil.
