I guess they were misrepresenting the actual nutritional content of the bars...I think they used lower calorie values on the wrapper when it had like 30-100 more calories than what it actually said.
With that being said, they goofed hard. How dumb do you have to be to lie about stupid chit like that when people here are so sue-happy? Strong potato on the part of whoever owns the company. They will have to dish out money, guaranteed.

On a side note I do feel the bar was too good to be true. I am leaning to them lying on package

I know it's not the same case, but my point is that misrepresenting information like that is really messed up.

There's a lawsuit? OP, if there was a suit, why the F would you buy the product at all? It's like taking poison just so you can sue the maker when their product makes you sick.
That said, my gym just started selling Quest bars a couple months ago. The guy behind the counter described them as "overpriced dessert bars". I wouldn't know - I've never paid $2.50 for one. Although I did see a recipe here for guilt-free ice cream, and it USES those bars as an ingredient. So I'm inclined to agree. But I also want one. #closet_fattieThe thing I like least about the treadmill is that I can't run from my farts. -- Source unknown
