    if you're cycling between 10-15% bf all the time...then does 'muscle loss' ever

    become an issue, as long as you're losing less than 2 lbs of weight per week? (and nothing more than 3 lbs per week??)

    i know that below 10% bf, it may become an issue. but my question is about staying within that 10-15% bf range. losing 1 lbs per week for me is too tedious and slow. i don't know how some of you all do it, lol.

    1.5 to 2 lbs for me per week is what i'm trying to target...all the way to 10% bf. as long as i continue to lift on my routine (which already has cut frequency/volume), and intensity remains the same, i should be alright, right?

    Muscle loss will rarely ever be an issue unless you're literally starving yourself for long periods of time (far more than a 16 week prep on slightly lower than maintenance calories). People just worry about it because they feel "small".

    i'm 16% bf right now

    goal is to get to 10% bf

    i plan to continue losing 2 lbs per week until i get to 10% bf

    am i gonna make it?

    I don't know. How long do you plan to diet for? You can easily get sub 10% in 16 weeks.

    lol, i don't want to get to sub 10% bf. i just want to get to around what 10% commonly looks like. and then i want to lean bulk.

    i was actually hoping to lose 2 lbs per week, until i get to roughly 10%. imo, i need to lose 15 more lbs. so 2 lbs per week = about 8 weeks. so 2 months. (not 4 months). i don't have the lean body mass to even look good at 10%. i just want to be low enough to start bulking.
