You have every reason to lie. Your body looks great and it is quite possible you may wish to compete and get sponsored.

The 3/4's of an inch does make a difference and puts you closer to the ball park. I don't believe your 10% in that photo because of the hint of serrations leading me to believe you are closer to 8% in that photo because you are not contest lean, but you are close.

Here is my math.
Elite natty max 5'11.75 -> 184 lbs at ~6%
Your photo -> 195 at ~8% (see above).

Gap 11 Pounds and 2%.
Assuming 100% fat and no muscle loss. 191.1 (Impossible)
Assuming 66% fat and 33% muscle loss 189.15 (You would need to be on clen for this to be possible for the BF we are talking.)
Assuming 50% fat and 50% muscle loss. 187.2 (Amazing Cut)
Assuming 33% fat and 66% muscle loss. 185.25 (Sub Par)
Assuming 25% fat and 75% muscle loss. 183.3 (Chitty)

Meaning that you would need to have a pretty chity cut in order for you to even be in the upper echelon of where I would believe you. So I am lead to believe that more likely than not you are full of chit.

im pretty sure i remember when i barely lifted i was around 155-160. and
bench: 285x3
deadlift: around 450
squat: not sure havnt gone heavy in a while

1) Hop on dat dere
2) Take up powerlifting
3) Stop lifting

Nice job man. I think a lot of the confusion of natty/not natty comes from people having a hard time discerning who's natty in the first place in order to form a baseline opinion off of. Fuktons of people in the fitness community who claim natty aren't, and it fuks up peoples perceptions and expectations.
