    Question progession schemes? pls help

    So im currently doing PHAT and from what I understand there is no set progression scheme. I was wondering what kinda progression scheme you PHAT brahs used whether it was:

    1. Reach desired reps then increased the following week
    2. Off certain percentages
    3. Etc

    Bench Press: 142.5kg
    OHP: 102.5kg
    Deadlift: 222.5kg
    Squat: 187.5kg

    your question itself shows your weightlifting experience , do a upper/body 2x a week or something like that srs no hate
