    Drinking once every weekend is completely fine.. that being said, don't drink to the point to where you're passing out with hangovers the next day. Also, hydration is key! Make sure to drink large amounts of water during and after you drink alcohol
    Limits are only for those who have them.

    Everything in moderation OP. Of course drinking is going to have an effect on your training, but if you keep your diet in check you should be okay. youre 16 you have the rest of hs and then college ahead of you, you're obviously going to be drinking. As long as you keep your priorities in line with regards to bodybuilding/fitness/etc. dont worry.
