After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

More random Australia facts...
-Instead of candy, they say "lollies"
-Instead of "how are you doing" or "how are you", they say "how are you going"
-Ketchup is king...I have seen a single mustard packet not even once
-The poorest quality gasoline you can get is 91 octane, and it's about $1.60/L (about $5.60/gal US)
-They have these modern versions of El Caminos/Rancheros that are pretty lulzy and would never take off in the U.S., but have some other car models that I think would have great success.
Sorry, bored.Best Meet Lifts:

573/324/568 at 196.5
Still a nice 53PR total and a 83lb squat PR but my deadlift was missing all training cycle.

It was so weird because we were all like "WTF they called depth on that???" and we later found that had the spotter opened his hands, palms up instead of making a fist with the under hooks, they were more likely to pass the lift. The reason we used our spotters is because in the 1st flight alone, 4 lifters either dumped weight over their heads or completely collapsed to the floor and the spotters were literally just looking around like "what happened"...scary.

Well my 3rd bench was 342 and it was the longest battle of my life. Prolly only needed a inch to lock it out.
3rd deadlift I went 595 and got it to my knees. I knew I didn't have it in me based in training.
If I hit that 600 I had 1500 in me. Kyle had me dialed in but I just didn't have get all the breaks.Last edited by Marshall28; 02-16-2014 at 09:23 AM.

i've been having shoulder issues for the last month. today was volume front squats and the rack position is revealing what could the key to my shoulder issue. I've always used the rack position, so it's nothing new. by the 3rd or 4th rep of a set of 5 my arms would slowly rotate closer and closer to my chest eventually leading to my left hand actually being an inch or two away from my right.
any ideas?trying to get strong again
