First off I use to take pro source creatine and it says it is Creapure, but I didn't notice anything from it. I haven't taken any creatine in a few weeks or more and was wanting to try it again. I know some people have better luck with different forms, I was wondering if there was one made that contains all the forms of it in one, and if not should I just stick with creatine monohydrate and would I have to do another loading week, and what's the least amount of days a week I would need to take it after loading?

As indicated, no need to load. It is a complete waste as your body will piss out anything in excess of 5G or so.
In addition, I think it is important to realize that Creatine is not like a legal steroid. It won't give you "shocking" results. The boost the creatine provide is very minimal, but it is significant for those of us really looking to give an edge in stamina and strength. Yes, your muscles will retain more water, and in turn they will look more pronounced, but it is not going to turn you into a cover model over night. It will aid in strength gains over time. You likely benefited from your first run without even realizing it. Of course, if you aren't working out properly for strength and size, you likely will not notice anything. If you know what you're doing, it gives a great edge.

Personally, I only use monohydrate. I have used Purple K and I did in fact like the results but the price isn't worth it in my opinion. There is so much research out there for monohydrate. It works and it's dirt cheap. To my knowledge (and I could be wrong) there is no research that exists that shows any other form being superior in terms of results. Some forms are more soluble (CEE) and some are more easily digested (HCl) but I don't believe they provide any other advantage than plain monohydrate.

Just do Monohydrate. It is the form with the most research backing up it's results. Mono is the tried, tested and true from of Creatine. Doesn't matter what company it comes from, long as it is 100% pure mono. Again though, don't expect crazy gains brother. Creatine isn't as crazy a product as some people think. You probably got results from your first run that you just didn't notice.
