    i can burn about 700-800 cals in 60min doing 13.0 / 15.0 incline @ 6.0 / 20.0 speed on treadmill.

only problem is doing that for prolonged periods of time (over the course of a long cut) multiple times a week drastically effects my lifting performance....id rather just slightly reduce cals for 80%+ of a cut. Then if i absolutely have to introduce cardio only when I dont want to take calories any lower.

Just because that's what it says on the Life Fitness calorie tracker, doesn't make it true. Try 400 in one hour if you're walking at a brisk pace.

I'd rather to some interval sprints and maybe one longer run a week for cardio and focus on lifting.

this works too, only con i see with this is it cant be done frequently on top of heavy lifting and calorie cutting. definately can interfere with recovery and after a heavy leg day, especially for the bigger brahs, anything that requires coordination can be hard on the joints. but it can still work. definately a good time saver.

I don't see the point in burning 1000 calories, if I am cutting I eat 2300 kcal and do 0 cardio lol, I understand if someone do some cardio to get rid off 300-400 calories in order to eat more but... 1000?

today is light day, normally im doing technical work with muay thai but as soon as i saw my hr monitor. while on incline treadmill i figure it made no difference. and i eventually was watching the baseketball game.

doesnt have to be taken to that exent esp for those who lift. Couple to few times a week 30-45mins before or after a heavy session or even on seperate day can do alot good.

    brb helps with recovery
brb helps get rid of waste
    brb burns extra cals
brb helps with cardiac output (good heart)
brb able to recover between lifts and training days much quicker

actually walking on an incline does burn significantly more calories...1000 over 2 hours isnt unrealistic. If I run for 2 hours it'd be about 13 miles and I'd burn about 1600-1700 calories.
