I spent a week with my coach, lifting at 4.30am. You get used to it REALLY fast, and it leaves the whole day to do whatever you need. Kinda nice actually.Originally Posted by Artemis00

If I had to, I'd do it...but I don't think my lifts would be at their best that early in the morning. Seems late afternoon, early evening is the best time for me. I can even got later...but the earlier I go, the weaker I get.Originally Posted by MatTheCur
