Can anybody tell me where my 7 pound weight gain in 3 months came from when I basically eat the same types of food everyday and don't eat any junk? Don't know what's going on...I like to be as lean as possible. This is the most I've ever weighed. Ohhh to be a female...

Ok little people, make a little room....
In
The fun, oh, had just begun
In for lingerie pics...
If you haven't changed food at all, then most likely the upped volume in training recently. Just your body adapting. Chances are good, the scale weight will rise. You will adapt and as the body refines itself, and it will, the scale weight will ultimately stabilize and probably come back down.
Now, here is some advice, take the scale, and sling it out in the yard. Scale weight is not how to chart progress. Take a pic once a week int hat string bikini and let that be you guide. Your strength will go up. You won't have to get stronger to move weight once you realize that your strength is higher than you choose to currently believe.
This was good volume tonight and we will keep hammering away.
E-mail me when you can train next. I'll have some questions on the front end.
Oh yea, in for the lingerie pics...did I say that already?

Well, let me give it a few weeks...This was the most exhausting of the 3 workouts he started me on this week. Been to bed an hour early every nite- 2am vs 3am. Oh STFU, you'll all get ur chance for retirement someday!

U rang sir?
Ur boobs are bigger than mine girl, so be happy. Think my pecs are bigger than my boobs now. That pic shows how huge his were, that V too! Annie def had the sexiest bodybuilder body ever. I don't really think u can consider today's bb bodies sexy.
I'm not touching the horse comment. Oh lucky u got to see the rest of the lingerie pics Doug.
And I made colored letters too...and bold.
Thanks Artemis, I think Wade's expectations of me is what did it.
I felt like I lost my V card or something Penny. What were u pulling b4 ur hip flair up? I know I have quite a ways to go.Training log:

Someone doesn't like squats Artemis? I used to hate them when I started lifting but then I started doing box squats and liked them. I'm enjoying the regular back squats tho. I think the difference is in my hams and I have an easier time getting lower because I developed my hams more and my mobility to get lower is better. Oh, am I ass backwards getting it at 59!

I do the box squats, but still that doesn't help me like them. They just either bother my knees or my hips. But as much as I hate them, I still do them...I figure they have got to help getting leg drive for my deads.
And I can see what you mean regarding hams. Prior to actually being consistent with squats, I never really did any hamstring work and they are always tight. Maybe they will eventually get betterWorkout Log / Chat thread...Embrace the Dragon: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169711903
