    >>>> Newtothelifts's Muscletech Ultimate Stack Log <<<<

First of all thank you to Muscletech, Dewey and all of the Muscletech reps for allowing me the opportunity to log the Ultimate Stack. I have been a big fan of Muscletech for a while now and have used many of their products over the last 18 months. Amino Build has been a particular staple of mine for a while now.

    MY STACK

2lbs of White Chocolate Phase 8
1 Tub of Amino Build in Fruit Punch
1 bottle of Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite.

    ABOUT MYSELF

I have been lifting for about 20 months, however I was pretty much just messing around for the first 6 months of that as i began to learn the basics, gather information and actually find a lifting routine. Eight Months ago i was about 160lbs. I worked out hard, ate correctly and within 3 months I was about 173 (my profile pic). I continued to bulk and I now stand at 184lbs. One thing you will have noticed about my stack is that it is a cutting stack. I have a family long weekend at a resort and waterpark towards the end of feb and would like to have lost about 8-10lbs by this point to show off my modest gains if at all possible . The amino build will help me with muscle preservation as a train fasted, the hydroxycut will aid in appetite suppression and as a PWO and the phase eight will help me meet the necessary macros.

    OTHER SUPPS

Orange Triad + Greens by Controlled Labs
    bb.com micronized creatine
MVP Fuel - occasionally in place of hydroxycut on weekends and particularly for intense leg sessions.

    MY ROUTINE

    MONDAY - chest, triceps
    Tuesday - biceps, back, shoulders
    Wednesday - soccer practice
    Thursday - Legs, calves
    Friday - chest, triceps, shoulders
    Saturday - Biceps, calves
    Sunday - Soccer Game

I always end my sessions with 2km on the treadmill just to get my heart pumping.

Once again I would like to thank Muscletech again for their generosity and for giving me this opportunity. I will post initial reviews of each of the products and also final reviews in the appropriate section. Lets DO THIS!

    PHASE 8: White Chocolate

Muscletech always do an outstanding job with their flavoring profiles and this was no exception. Very pleasant flavor and I love the sweetness. Not too sweet but just right! Definitely hints of vanilla cake batter in here as well.

    BAKING TIME

    Protein Flapjack

    4 cups oats
1 cup of low fat yogurt
    1 cup stevia
    1 teaspoon honey
    Vanilla extract
    6 squares white chocolate chopped
    2 cups skim milk

Mixed the dry together first then added the wet ingredients. Smoothed into a baking tray on grease proof paper at a height of about 3cm. Let it sit in the fridge for 30 mins before baking for about 20 mins or til golden at about 300F.

Tasted phenomenal! Usually I use vanilla protein and add milk chocolate but decided to go with the white chocolate to compliment the phase 8. It has the perfect consistency and texture for baking, 10/10 on this front

    Amino Build: Fruit Punch

I've always been a fan of this product and I have used both other flavors of it (white grape and green apple) which I why I opted for the fruit punch.

I decided to do an impromptu leg day today as my soccer game was cancelled due to the weather. As per usual with amino build I drunk 1 scoop as an intra and one scoop afterwards. The fruit punch was relatively sweet and a good flavor. Not the best I have ever had but very agreeable and pleasant to drink. Maybe it's just because nothing could taste as good as the white grape

Thanks guys! I know my leg lifts are exceedingly modest but I recently strained my back which makes me tend to not push it too much. Hopefully I can continue to improve

Had a good day today, my diet was in check but slightly erratic because I was so busy! Did biceps and upper back today.

    Hammer curls : 3x10 (40lbs)
    Concentrations: 3x10 (30lbs)
    Rows: 3x8 (50lbs)
    Shoulder Press: 3x10 (60lbs)
    Machine rows: 3x10 (115lbs)
Machine curls: 3x20 (30lbs) for da pump

Finished with a sprinted km in 4.25(ish) that damn running machine always takes so long to get up to speed haha!

Definitely noticed reduced leg DOMS today after drinking my two servings of amino build. Usually my legs are jelly after leg day but today was not as bad as usual which is great!

Strained my back..went to deadlift - to heavy too soon, strained it again but worse. Haven't deadlifted in a long time.

I have now begun using the bottle of HHE I received. I have begun the dosage with just one pill to assess tolerance as suggested in the instructions.

Definitely felt an increase in energy and focus which lasted for many hours as well as a slight lift in my mood (which is usually very grumpy when cutting haha). However the appetite suppression I experienced was really where this shined. I was very impressed.

I hope this continues as my log and cut progresses.

The above assessment were only my initial thoughts. No training today as I have soccer practice. Will be sure to take a serving of fruit punch Amino Build to keep me going however

Missed my workout yesterday due to unforeseen circumstances! Made up for it with a killer workout today however!

    Biceps and Back

    Pull downs: 4x10 (100lbs, 110lbs, 120x2)
    Hammer curls: 3x10 (35, 40, 40)
    Concentrations: 3x10 (25, 30x2)lbs
    Seated rows: 4x10 (90lbsx2, 100lbs)
Machine curls: 3x30 (25lbs) - hunting that pump.
    Pull-ups: 3x8

Finished with some stretching and 5k on the bike.

Had a hydroxycut before, really gave me some good energy and focus whilst in the gym. Would actually be a very good PWO on it's own haha! Will weigh myself over the next few days and see if I have lost any weight yet

Had soccer game today so didn't go to the gym. I was concerned that maybe I wouldn't have my usual energy but I had my usual HHE and I was my usual self during the game. Was fantastic!

    We won aswell

Good to see you're enjoying the products - I've only taken a couple samples of hydroxycut, but it gave me great energy.

    Congrats on the win!

Thanks! Yeah it gives a very good sustained energy without a crash. It initially hits relatively hard then smooths out very fast which I like a lot!

So I weighed myself after 2 weeks cutting. Initially I was 184lbs, I am now 178lbs.

6lbs is two weeks is too much to have lost, an I haven't been cutting drastically either. I am 500 Cals below my maintenance. I guess I have been working out quite hard. I had a cheat meal at KFC yesterday to make up for it though .

Amino build has been very useful in increasing my endurance during my workouts, particularly with cardio sessions at then end.

I also blame me losing too much weight on the Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite
