I am currently 177lbs I am very happy with. Have been on this stack about 3 weeks an have lost just over 6lbs during that time. Amino Build, hopefully, has been helping me maintain my muscle during fasted training and hydroxycut has been giving me focus, energy and appetite suppressant.
Did legs day today. Was confined to the machines due to a powerlifting competition in the heavy weights room.
Cable machine squats: 5x10
Leg curls: 4x10 (110, 120, 130x2)
Leg press: 3x10 (220, 2x240)
Calf extensions: 4x20 (120lbs)
Dumbell lunges: 3x15 (70lbs)
Finished off with my ab application on y phone and then with a 1km run.
Slowly running out of my protein powder too :'(

Had a great workout today. Was biceps and upper back!
Quite short on time atm so won't post routine, however I did finish off with some cable bicep curls and shoulder press super sets and was in pump city. Great stuff!
Also only just realised HHE suggests taking two at once on the back I've been taking one in the morning and one just before lunch. Two at once would be....well.....an intense rush! Lol

It is! Has such a good longevity to it as well which I like. Also without a crash if any sort.
Finished my amino build today
Rating: 8.5/10
Tasted great, kept me hydrated and preserved muscle mass during fasted training. Only downside is for the full BCAA benefits and the reccom dosage you need two scoops which means you get 15 servings instead of 30. Other than that great product

Arms and upper back workout today which went very well, moved up on my concentration curls to 40lbs although is could only do it 5x5 and nothing higher. Was a solid workout.
Only did cable curls, bent over rows, cable pull downs, shoulder press and Arnold press!
Hardly any of my white choc P8 left now, same with the HHE.
I have lost over 10lbs in the month I have ran this stack and I am very happy with the results. I've updated my AVI to show what I look like now. Some abs starting to show through . I will make sure I upload a before pic tomorrow as well as exact weight measurements!
Also will do final review of white choc P8 and HHE.

I want to wrap up this log by thanking Muscletech for this opportunity to log their Ultimate Stack, which in just over a month helped me lose over 10lbs.
White Chocolate Phase 8: 9/10
Fruit Punch Amino Build: 8/10
Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite: 9/10
Overall: 8.8/10
A wonderful stack, geared towards those on a cut. I urge people to try this stack and will also so that I can't wait to see what the future holds for Muscletech in 2014.
Thanks guys!
