    When to take BF 2.0

    Im 125lbs and 5' 6''. Wondering when i should take and how much im thinking 1-2 scoops day. Either 2 pre, 1 pre and 1 post, or 1 post. I also dont have a big budget and dont want to take 2 scoops a day, but if its better ill do it. Thanks for all the help guys!

    Was unaware of Op's age, please dereguard information I have stated in other posts. Op as Das has mentioned you don't need supplements or start thinking about them until the age of 18. My apologizes for prior posts.
