    Question Best pre workout on the market?

    I am looking for a new pre workout to give me energy after a days work.

    I have tried a few with beta alanine and they don't give me energy. The only thing I get is the pins and needle tingles. No energy increase.


    I am looking for pre workout supps that will give a real energy increase and not just beta alanine with tingles.

    Doesn't matter if its minimal, moderate or maximum energy increases. As long as I get an energy increase that is noticeable.


    Suggestions?

    Personally I enjoy White Flood. I've heard nothing but good things about C4 and Hemavol. C4 is next on my list.

    I just bought 3 tubs of c4 extreme and I got the tingles, but basically no energy increase.


    That's why I'm trying to find pre workout supps that aren't mainly beta alanine. You get tingles, pins and needles but no real energy increase.


    I don't drink coffee or soda's or pops either, only water.

    I have been using Level II for the past month it also has a very clean energy boost that gives you the urge to be up and doing something. If you want something with alot of kick try Mr. Hyde its got around 400mg of caffeine.

    If you are still stuck on pre workouts and only want energym go with NeuroSurge 2.0 which gives amazing energy and focus or Mr.hyde but it's a lot of caffeine and if you are working out late, you might not be able to sleep.

    I must have a high tolerance to caffeine because I never drink coffee or have pops, soda's, etc. but if I do, I can go straight to sleep no problems. I've always been this way. I remember having 3 - 4 cups of coffee and went to bed. Slept like a baby.

    Find a controlled labs rep and get some samples! Not sure if you can get samples of nanovapor / neurocore but I can say that both of those PWOs have close to 400mg of caffeine at max dosage.

    My average day.


    Make a home made protein shake and the only sugar comes from blueberries. No caffeine.

    Eat tuna, rice, vegies, oils for my break and lunch. No sugar or caffeine.

    Have a snack after work, peanut butter on english muffins. No sugar or caffeines.

    Have chicken with rice or very large omlette. No sugar or caffeine.

    I drink about 2.5 - 3 liters of water each day and more on my training days.

    For a good deal of energy, especially post work when you are tired, I'd give Maximize Intense a look. This is a very strong pre with a solid panel of stimulants included at proper amounts. Most people only need 1/2 a scoop making it last forever. White Flood Reborn is another def worth a look, very solid profile. Not quite as strong as MI in terms of stims, but it gets the job. C4 is another lower stim pre-workout that I really enjoy for days I do not need a ton of energy. Very complete and solid profile.

    Anyone tried Mr Hyde?

    I agree that C4 is great for days you don't need a lot of energy because its a mild pre workout supp. But when I get home from work, I am tired, have a nap, which helps. I setup for training and I need something to give me that energy, otherwise, I have issues getting motivated.

    For some nice smooth energy ErgoPump would definitely be a good pick-me-up after worrk. If you like something more intense Pre-Jym is another good choice.

    OP, how much caffeine do you intake per day? on a side not BA tingles usually go away over time, I used to get them and haven't in a long long time.

    I have gone back to C4 green apple, but i'm a suckka for the tingles as my mind things that's power charging my workout!

    I tried EXT GO its disgusting in blue razz but actually felt a minor amount of tingles but it ran the course as far as the workouts went an i went hard, i hd a great pump and lifted well and felt like i could go more every lift, but god its rank to drink, but cheap.

    That said i'm back on C4 tingles all the way.
