Hi everyone!
I'm new here. I've been working out since the last couple of years and I believe its time for me to try out a pre-workout to aid my workouts.
I've never taken one before, but heard great things from my friends about C4 and White Flood Reborn. I would really appreciate if you all could help me make a choice.
C4: Pineapple (I love Pineapple so I hope this flavour lives up to it)
WF: Fruit Punch (Since its the highest-rated)
Thank you in advance!

That really is a win-win situation OP.
Go with either one and you're getting an incredible product.

Easy choice...
get one of both, haha. Run one for a month, take a stim break, run the other. See which works best for YOU. Good choices though brotherNGN - Lead Forum Rep

I personally like C4 more then WFR. I liked the white flood v2 but WFR has too much caffeine for me even though i like the profile. C4 has around 135mg of caffeine which is on the low side but still very effective for energy. Plus i like nitrates a lot for pump and i always feel hyped up from the BA tingles.

They're both fantastic preworkouts. The odds are pretty good that you'll like either one really. WFR is a bit higher stim wise, but still nothing crazy. It has like 225mg of caffeine vs the 130mg in C4. If you can afford it I'd just say to buy both really. If I HAD to choose I might say WFR, but only because I'm a fan of more stims than C4 has per scoop and WFR would last longer for me (since I'd use multiple scoops of C4).
Also, as a sidenote, fruit punch is my LEAST favorite flavor of White Flood. I like the watermelon the best.

Bingo
Your talking about the pre-workout supp of the year (c4) and WFR which is one of the most overlooked pre-workouts on the board with 225mg caffeine CM/BA and L-Norvaline as a pump agent.
OP also consider this
do you want a lighter stim or a heavier stim (C4 has 135mg caffeine to 225mg Caffeine in WFR)
C4 has Nitrates (to aid pump/vascularity) while WFR has L-Noravline
C4 contains 1.5g BA while WFR has a mix of CM/BA as its performance/endurnace agent.
You can see both formulas are solid and both are tasty. You cannot go wrong with the vast amount of flavors. if you enjoy pineapple c4 tastes like you are eating a fresh pineapple its fantastic. Currently Buy 2 Get 1 Free as well.

I did not enjoy C4. White Flood is at the top of my list of staples. I can't really imagine life without it. Fruit Punch is my least favorite flavor though.
CL reps, this guy clearly wants some Pineapple WFR. Hook him up imo.7/14/09: 365 lbs (24th birthday)

I'd have to give the edge to White Flood Reborn over C4 (Canadian Version). WFR provides me with more of a clean, smooth energy; C4 not so much. Also, I usually find myself taking 1.5-2 Scoops of C4 whereas WFR is a one scoop product.

I am yet to try C4 but i have just recently tried WFR (Previous: 1MR, Craze, Jack3d) and WFR for me is this best thus far. The Watermelon also tastes amazing and i just so happen to hate watermelon (irl) go figure.
