Which is better, taste wise? Products seem very similar, to include the protein matrix and the descending order of the type of protein that the product is composed of.

Don't they get the "raws" from the same source? The two products seem very similar both physically and ingredients/label wise. With PES and USP being sister companies (or is it USP owning PES), I would only assume that. The only thing that is different from the two products are the flavors.
