Been lifting for a year now. Should I keep bulking or cut? Leaning towards cutting since I'm feeling quite fat. BF Estimate?
Height: 6 feet
Weight: In these pics I'm about 226.
Arms: 17 inches
Waist: 33
Pics are unflexed, kinda bloated in them.
Any recommendation for chest also appreciated. I have a 1RM of 265 but chest sucks. Might drop the flat bench and just do incline/decline from now on.

You got some thick mass there, imo, your in a great spot to definitely cut.
As far as chest, I basically lowered my sets on flat bench when chest stalled and increased my incline/decline BB/DBs. Still do flat bench but concentrate more on incline/decline.
Good luck on cut if you go that direction!NASM CPT

Is that possible?? I probably drink close to a gallon per day but I've always had problems with bloat and stuff no matter what I eat.
I would say that Pinwheel aka Crossbody hammer curls have been the most effective bicep exercise for me. All kinds of veins popping out when I do them and I go pretty heavy on them with 50s or 60s on a good day, 3 sets of 8 on each arm.

Looks too me like you have strong arms/shoulders and a weak chest.
If thats the case then You shouldn't really worry too much about flat BB.
You should pre exhaust your pecs if its hard to get a pump or feel the muscle firing all the way through the movement, Try doing partials to keep the muscle under tension longer then finish up the set with full ROM, I like too keep my chest above my shoulders regardless of the lift and I never touch my chest or go too low.
Super sets really helped me push alot of blood in there too so try it out and see what works for you, everyones different.
Looking good though, I would cut.

Thanks bro!
Thanks man, I started at like 220 with a high BF% (18+) and not much muscle mass. Got down to like 12-13% BF this past summer and now I'm not sure what BF I'm at but I'd guess its at least 15+. On the cut I will aim for 10% or about 205lbs w.e comes first and then see how I feel/look at that weight.
