    Overall Impression: I wasn't that focused today and ended up doing the wrong weights on a couple of sets. I noticeda bout halfway through each of them and tried to compensate with more reps. Ah well. Not a bad workout otherwise.

    Does anyone else lose track of how many reps they have done and pretend they have only done the last number they can remember? I wonder how much unaccounted-for volume I've lifted over the past few months. I would imagine it adds up to a workout's worth, lol.

    Overall Impression: Fine. Pull ups are still definitely coming along at a pretty good pace. Kinda sucks to be spinning my wheels in terms of weight loss for the past three weeks, but that's not a huge deal. 150 and 10% will come in due time...     Overall Impression: Last workout as a 34-year old went really well, going into a two day break. I'll be 35 years old tomorrow and stronger than I've ever been. Two months ago, I was leaner than I had ever been. So there.

    Workout B:

    Overall Impression: Felt good. I wish my pull ups were where they were a couple of months ago, but the pulls are good. Still getting stronger. Feeling pretty motivated to keep lifting and eating. Wondering where I'll be when this thread reaches a year old in late January. That might be a good time to start a cut, no matter what weight I'm at. Curious to see what I could accomplish by 4/6/15, which would be one year since 156 and my leanest. If I was 171 and as lean as I was at 156, I would have to be pretty pleased with that.
