03-18-2014, 08:58 PM #4921- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

Form > Weight
No point in trying to snap your damn back in the process or lead to bad form over time which will do more harm than good.

Instead of trying to be his Dad, just let him lift. its his life, his passion and what he wants to do. Just like you and your lifting.
Focus on you, not DAaaMan64.
The kid has made very good progress the last year , so let him focus on him and his goals. And you focus on yours.1915,1933,2003, 2014 Genocide after Genocide.

There is a point as one approaches max weight where form is not going to be picture perfect. Also a lot of people tend to confuse upper back rounding, which is fine, with lower back rounding.

Good morning all...Happy Hump Day!
Damn straight son!
I can see that.
^^ You guys wouldn't understand...but without a doubt Despicable Me 1 and 2 are byfar the best animated movie of this century.
In other news: made it past 115 bench and 160 squat fairly easily, with a spotter watching. I feel possibly the biggest reason I stall is fear and a mental block...must get over."Learn from Yesterday, Live for Today, Hope for Tomorrow"

how would we not understand. tbqh on no level does Despicable Me even crack the top 5 cinematically as far as animated films produced in America in the past 20 years let alone constitute the "best" of all animated film in the past 100 years
anyone who thinks differently either hasn't seen a lot of animated films or has a piss poor standard of filmic greatness as far as animation is concerned, sorry
