OT but if you want some very yummy "keto" recipes, this site is surprising good. Your girlfriend might even love the desserts.

Good afternoon folks. How is everyone's day going?
- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

How can you tell if you have issues doing the high carbohydrate bulk? Legit question, not being sarcastic.
You said for yourself that high carb bulking would benefit you most, as we've discussed, however, do the same measures apply to others? I know their is a small carryover of staying a little leaner but that's all Iv'e ever heard from it.
Edit: From your personal experience ^.
My grandfather is prediabetic and my family has a long history of heart attacks and cancer (if that even makes a difference) hence the reason why I was always interested in the lower carb diets.Last edited by WMLifting; 01-22-2014 at 09:36 AM.

In to see selfie show down, but only if duck faces are made
BTW, kneeling cable crunches after leg curls never again. Both hamstrings cramped bad, I screamed like a girl, jumped up and made a loud bang because of the cable weights falling down too fast...just all badig: @monkaycrak

Lol I have like no followers. One day I'll have a crew of mirers, but right now I just day dream. If I ever get retarded lean then I think I'll actually make a little push to see if I could market myself in one way or another. Getting paid to lift while in school seems like a pretty good job
