    Body fat % estimation pleaseeee

    I think I'm around 20% maybe a lil less. Not sure but I'm lifting and doing cardio at the same time to get the BF % down to make my muscles more visible.

    This is my first time seriously lifting anyways so I know I probly look weak as **** haha

    Can't even upload links but just added my pictures to the progress section.
