I'm my own trainer lol. I have a horrible posterior chain weakness and couldn't find a program that addresses that so I created one that did. Once I can do proper back squats I will move onto BGB or 5/3/1 again. Actually about ready to hit my posterior chain focus workout in a few.
If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.

I'm not doing the challenge, but decided to do Jim Stopponi's Shortcut to Size. I'm on the second week and loving it so far. Up until this point I've always done my own thing, but wanted some structure for a while (not following the supplement or meal plan, but I am continuing my bulk through the program and will cut this spring). I picked this program because I prefer a body part split and I like the way it's designed.
On a mini-cut, then onto maintenance mode for the summer.

I'm training myself. I'm training to take the firefighter's physical test (the CPAT) at the same time, so I had to create a workout to kill two birds with one stone. There were no programs that address the specific issues I need to focus on, so I just made my own. I have a personal training certification and have been working out for more than 15 years, so I have a pretty good idea of what I'm doing.
