    Just a quick check-in...

    Still lifting four to five days a week! Consistently!

    I track and log ALL of my lifts in the "TrainHeroic" app. It's not easy to copy/paste the text of my logs, and I'm not interested in posting screenshots every day. I'll post some sample lifts from time to time!!

    Right now, four days a week.

    Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
    Legs - Quad Dominant
    Back and Biceps
    Legs - Glutes & Hammies Dominant

    Pretty great stuff!

    Was doing great with my diet for about a month and a half.
    I slacked off last week - need to get right back on the horse.
    Happy with where my weight was sitting all of last week!

    Seeing results from Coach Paul Carter programming my weightlifting training.

    nice! just checked out your ig. you actually have really great form. and like that you go super slow on the eccentric phase. you must be gaining tons of strength and muscles!
