    Thoughts On My Diet?

    Please critique my diet!!

I just switched up my diet starting on Sunday.. I train 4 days a week minimum with strength and 3-4 days cardio (2hrs a week)
    My old diet was
    40-45-15 P/c/f
    200-250g Protien/250-325g carbs/40-50g fat
This diet seemed to make me gain excess fat from the carbs..

    New diet
    45-20-35 PCF
225-250gProtien/100-150gCarbs/75-90gfat (depending on the routine of the day with or without cardio)
Around 2,000,2200 (currently trying to cut 5lbs of fat)
I weigh in around 170-174 in the mornings I'm trying to get back to 162-165 morning weight
I plan to try this new diet for a couple weeks to see what happens as far as body compensation

    Proteins
Turkey breast, chicken breast, tuna, and one steak a week, whey isolates
    Carbs
Sweet potatoes, p28 bread, bananas, Apples, blueberrys leafy greens, brown rice..
    Fats
Almonds, peanut butter, whole flaxseed, unsweetened almond milk, fish oil and of course the remaining fat comes from my proteins and carbs.
Does it sound like a successful diet considering the only carbs I'm eating is to help through the day and get burned off at night during my training sessions?
Also since I've switched to this diet it keeps me fuller for a while because of high fats and when I get a sweet tooth I smash peanut butter, when ever im was eating a load of carbs for pre and post workout I would always crave sugar!
    Thanks rep will be givin!
