I normally only test my maxes at a meet, and use calculators for an estimate other times, which is why I have no clue what my actual max is. The estimation is usually on point though when I use 5 or less reps to calculate: Weight lifted x Reps x 0.0333 + Weight lifted = Estimated max

Not powerlifting still, but I've decided to get kinda skrong this year! My goals are to hit 315 for reps on incline, hit 500 on squat, and 200 OHP for reps. Doing 5/3/1 BBB template. Will start logging my workouts again.
