I want to deadlift a little more often, so today's workout wasn't balls to the wall, but I still felt like I gave my body enough stimulus. Also was short on time.

Title: USAPL Central Florida Championships 2015
I know y'all have been waiting forever for this. I had to zoom in on each vid and count the weights, then check kilo conversion tables and images of eleiko weights to know how much those sumbitches weighed. The things I do for you people.
Squats
Attempt 1: Just as easy as an opener should be
Attempt 2: Lol, it's this weight?
Attempt 3: Felt like a semi challenging gym lift. I'm a beast!
Bench
Attempt 1: Easy
Attempt 2: A bit difficult. The next attempt would take everything
Attempt 3: Hard as fuk and got a red light, which I'm guessing I got because the bar dipped down a little on the way up. I didn't ask because I didn't notice the light until later.
Deadlifts
Attempt 1: Felt fairly easy (as far as deads are concerned)
Attempt 2: Was definitely heavy, so I wasn't going to try anything too ridiculous for my last attempt. I wanted to go 9/9, which I didn't do at all last year.
Attempt 3: Steadily grinded out my last lift and pr of the day, and though it was very heavy, it was the easiest feeling deadlift I'd ever done over 500lbs.
9/9 with prs across the board, finally raising my total from 1210 to 1272.
1300 is close my friends

Dude, nice lifts! That's freaking awesome.
Few quick questions:
1) Those were some deep squats. Is USAPL depth that low, or is that just what you do?
2) What's with the weird weights? Did you just select everything in KG and then do the conversion? Like 297lbs. Da faq?

Its been years since I used that machine. The first set I was able to use 150, but by the end, I was down to 80. I guess these muscles exhaust quickly.

Never tried oly shoes. I'm not very good at cutting depth, and since my videos are usually taken from a floor angle, I get paranoid when it looks like I'm not parallel.

Today was awesome aside from my sore inner thighs. I expected newbie soreness from using the thigh adductor, but I didn't anticipate pain like this. It's such a strange, irritating place to be sore.
Future Training Plan
I plan to keep the rep schemes and exercises pretty much the same, but from here on out I will begin training sumo as well as conventional, and I will also begin applying principles from prilepin's table when deciding on my number of sets.
