    This exercise is a bitch, therefore I will do it more often so that that is no longer the case

    I used to hate these so I decided to keep doing them. They are now easy. Thats right ab wheel, I own you now

    Cardio
    10 min bike 2.75 miles

    Kinda pushed a bit considering its a deload, but not overly so. Going home happy.

    So jealous you have GHR at your gym. My uni gym has one but they banned deadlifting so I haven't been there for a long time
